These Terms of Service govern your use of FieldBuilt Systems’ website, demos, communications, and done-for-you automation services. By using the site, booking a call, submitting a form, or working with FieldBuilt Systems, you agree to these terms.
Services
FieldBuilt Systems installs communications and lead automation systems for home service businesses, including missed call text-back, lead nurture sequences, review request automation, customer reactivation campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and after-hours AI receptionist workflows. Services are done-for-you and may vary by client needs, software, carrier requirements, and business process.
Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, you authorize FieldBuilt Systems to contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry, demo, appointment, or services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
No Guarantees
FieldBuilt Systems provides systems intended to improve response, follow-up, review requests, and customer reactivation. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, appointment volume, review count, or business results.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining legal compliance for their own customer communications, honoring opt-outs, and using the systems in a lawful and professional manner.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldBuilt Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, carriers, outages, deliverability changes, or client misuse.
