Agreement
FieldBuilt Systems is a DBA of CJ Businesses LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of FieldBuilt Systems’ website, demos, communications, and done-for-you automation services. By using the site, booking a call, submitting a form, or working with FieldBuilt Systems, you agree to these terms.
Services
FieldBuilt Systems installs communications and logistics automation systems for home service businesses, including missed call text-back, prospect nurture sequences, review request automation, customer reactivation campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and AI receptionist workflows. Services are done-for-you and may vary by client needs, software, carrier requirements, and business process.
SMS Program and Communications Consent
FieldBuilt Systems may use SMS messages for live demos, appointment confirmations, service updates, customer support responses, call and text follow-up, review requests, promotional messages, and other service-related communications requested by you. By checking the applicable consent boxes on a contact form, you authorize FieldBuilt Systems to contact you by text message with messages related to the categories you selected. Consent not a condition of purchase. Text STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance.
Message Frequency Clause
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
No Guarantees
FieldBuilt Systems provides systems intended to improve response, follow-up, review requests, and customer reactivation. We do not guarantee specific cashflow, call volume, appointment volume, review count, or business results.
Opt Out and Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (463) 223-1339. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@fieldbs.com.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining legal compliance for their own customer communications, honoring opt-outs, and using the systems in a lawful and professional manner.
Carrier Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. FieldBuilt Systems is not responsible for delays, failures, filtering, outages, carrier issues, third-party platform issues, deliverability changes, or client misuse. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldBuilt Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
